LCLT is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company Ltd by Guarantee established since 2012. We provide specialist advice, support and guidance to those that want to set up a Community Land Trust to create community-led and community-owned affordable housing.
LCLT is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors. Since 2012 we have employed a full time Facilitator to work with communities, landowners, local authorities and providers of affordable housing to bring forward community-led housing.
